1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking cleaning services with Cleaning Service Expert LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the Denver Metro area, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and medical office cleaning. Specific services, schedules, and pricing are confirmed in writing or by email before each appointment.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, such as square footage, number of rooms, pets, and condition of the space. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a missed-appointment fee if our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods. Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional processing fees.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

7. Liability

Cleaning Service Expert LLC is fully insured and bonded. We exercise great care in every home and office, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not securely fastened to walls, or items of high sentimental or monetary value that are not disclosed before service. Customers are encouraged to secure valuables and fragile items.
